Guidelines and process for permanently deleting your Hoyeeh account and personal data.
Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your Hoyeeh account at any time. Deleting your account means permanent removal of your personal data, watch history, saved preferences, and payment information, in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
What Happens When You Delete
Once confirmed, all data associated with your account will be erased from Hoyeeh’s active systems. Certain records may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons as required by law.
Before You Proceed
Deleting your account is irreversible. You will lose access to:
- Active subscriptions and streaming access.
- Any credits, promotions, or rewards tied to your account.
- Previously purchased or rented titles.
Submitting Your Request
To request deletion of your account, send an email including your full name, registered email address, and reason for deletion to:
- account@hoyeeh.com (primary contact for account requests)
- complaints@hoyeeh.com (if related to dissatisfaction or complaints)
Processing Period
Account deletion requests will typically be processed within 30 days of confirmation. You may be contacted for verification before the deletion is finalized to prevent unauthorized requests.
Temporary Options
If you are not sure about permanent deletion, you may instead choose to pause or deactivate your subscription. This allows you to stop billing without losing your account data or preferences.
