Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview
All purchases made on Hoyeeh are final. Refunds are limited and only issued under specific circumstances. By subscribing to Hoyeeh services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
When Refunds Apply
Refunds are only considered in the following situations:
- Double Payments: If you have been charged twice for the same subscription or package.
- Wrong Plan Purchased: If you purchased the incorrect package, Hoyeeh may transfer the payment to the correct plan instead of refunding.
Hoyeeh’s Decision
Refunds are provided solely at the discretion of Hoyeeh. Every request is reviewed individually, and Hoyeeh reserves the right to approve, deny, or propose an alternative solution such as crediting your account or switching packages.
When Refunds Do Not Apply
Refunds are not granted in cases such as:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Unused subscription time.
- Poor connectivity issues caused by the customer’s internet provider.
- Personal circumstances outside Hoyeeh’s responsibility.
Processing Period
If approved, refunds or adjustments will be processed within 14 business days. The time for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or package correction, send an email with your payment receipt and account details to:

- support@hoyeeh.com (for subscription or technical issues)
Policy on Cancellations
You may cancel your Hoyeeh subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations stop future billing but do not entitle you to a refund for the unused period of your subscription. Your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
