Hoyeeh Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for subscriptions to the Hoyeeh streaming service ("Hoyeeh" or "the Service"), provided by Cowries Money Co Ltd ("Cowries Money," "we," "us," or "our").
General Policy:
Hoyeeh generally does not offer refunds for subscription fees. All sales are final unless they fall under the specific exceptions outlined below. We encourage users to ensure they select the correct subscription plan before completing their purchase.
Exceptions for Refunds:
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Double Purchase: If you are inadvertently charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error on our systems, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate charge. You must notify us of the double charge within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, issue a refund for the duplicate payment.

Purchase Made, Account Not Activated: If you have successfully completed a purchase for a Hoyeeh subscription but have not been able to activate your account due to a technical issue on our end, you are eligible for a full refund. You must notify us of the activation problem within 14 days of the purchase date. Our support team will attempt to resolve the activation issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund will be issued.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility:
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as a transaction ID or payment confirmation.
- You must contact Hoyeeh customer support through the designated channels (support@hoyeeh.com) within the specified timeframes for each exception (7 days for double purchase, 14 days for account activation issues).
- The issue must be verifiable by Hoyeeh's internal records.
Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Granted:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind about your subscription after it has been activated and you have accessed the Service.
- Lack of Usage: Refunds are not granted for periods where you did not use the Service.
- Content Dissatisfaction: We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the available content. We encourage you to review our content library before subscribing.
- Violation of Terms of Service: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Third-Party Purchases: If you purchased your subscription through a third-party platform (e.g., app store), you must contact that platform for refund requests, as they have their own refund policies.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your Hoyeeh subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges, but you will retain access to the Service for the remainder of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing cycles.
Hoyeeh's Discretion:
Hoyeeh reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a refund in exceptional circumstances not explicitly covered by this policy. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time (typically 7-10 business days) for the refund to appear in your account.
